Q:  Do you have any gluten-free options?

A:  While several items on our menu do not contain gluten, we can not guarantee that cross-contamination does not occur at any point during preparation.  For example, our wings are not coated so in theory, they are gluten-free.  However, they are cooked in the same oil some of our battered items are cooked. Therefore, they are not safe for someone with Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance.

Here are some items on our menu that do not contain gluten ingredients:

  • Coleslaw
  • Potato Salad
  • Stewed Tomatoes
  • Baked Beans
  • Mashed Potatoes 
  • Wing sauces
  • Smoked brisket Chili
  • Ribs (cooked on the same surface as our burger buns)

The following items do not contain gluten ingredients but they are cooked in the same oil as other items that contain gluten (i/e: breaded items).

  • Fries and Handcut fries
  • Poutine
  • Chicken wings
